Our origin
Klique didn’t emerge from a whiteboard. It came from a pattern. The same friction, appearing at scale, across every configuration and industry we worked in. We had 2,100 enterprises showing us exactly what was broken. People, agents, and infrastructure with no shared language between them. Velocity dying in the gaps nobody owned.
We stopped trying to fix individual layers and started orchestrating the whole thing.

Our mission is to transform enterprise AI resources into one autonomous, observable, and cost-effective system. From hardware compute and token consumption to autonomous agents, we make every AI capability accessible, every action traceable, and every workload cost-efficient.
Our Team
CEO & CO-FOUNDER
Moses Guttmann
Moses has more than 20 years of experience making visionary technologies a reality. An IDF cyber elite-unit alum, he began building GPU linear solvers in graduate school, work later acquired by a major social app company, and went on to found startups in VFX/3D modeling and cluster management (acquired by a VFX company) and in embedded GPU processing. He now leads Klique and holds 40 patents and 5 publications.

Gil Westrich
Gil’s vast experience in software R&D team leadership and consulting spans multiple fields over the last 20 years, including embedded devices, complex software solutions, algorithms & more. Prior to Allegro AI, Gil co-founded Qptical. Gil is an alum of the IDF’s most elite technology unit.
CMO, GM NA & CO-FOUNDER
Noam Harel
Noam brings over 20 years of experience driving hypergrowth for startups and global technology companies. Prior to co-founding Klique AI and ClearML, Noam held CMO roles at BrandTotal and Cleo, and served as VP Marketing at enSilo, leading to its acquisition by Fortinet. Noam holds patents in augmented and virtual reality and serves on the CMO Council advisory board, as well as on advisory boards of technology startups.

Alex Paquette
Serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Klique AI, Alex works closely with enterprise organizations and strategic partners to help teams optimize GPU infrastructure utilization, streamline AI operations, and accelerate AI adoption at scale. He brings deep experience across B2B technology, enterprise sales, and AI ecosystem partnerships.

Oren Rechtman
Oren brings over 25 years of extensive software industry experience, specializing in managing high-performing engineering teams and leading the entire lifecycle of complex products from design to production. Throughout his career, he successfully directed software infrastructure, embedded systems, and core architecture across diverse deep-tech sectors, managing Software departments at LifeWatch Technologies (Medical Devices) and Zoran (Semiconductors). He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science, with honors, from The Open University of Israel.

Noam Ben David
Noam has more than 25 years of experience turning complex technologies into scalable business realities. Prior to Klique, Noam led large-scale defense and product programs at Elbit Systems and IBM, managing hundreds of millions in global revenue. Noam holds an MSc from NYU Polytechnic and a BSc in Computer Software Engineering from the Technion.

Noam Wasersprung
Noam has more than 20 years of experience building robust products engineered for carrier-grade scale and resilience. Prior to Klique, he led product and engineering across embedded, networking, and cloud, including Jungo (acquired by Cisco) and CloudEndure (acquired by AWS). He holds a B.Sc. in Physics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.

Efrat Gidron
Efrat draws on more than two decades of financial, legal, and operational leadership. A licensed attorney and former law firm Partner, Efrat built her career as a trusted general counsel, driving corporate strategy, complex negotiations, and entrepreneurial initiatives. Today, Efrat operates at the intersection of legal, finance, and operations, fusing deep legal acumen with sharp fiscal and operational command.
