This Privacy Policy explains how ClearML Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through the Klique website located at https://klique.ai/ and any related pages, forms, resources, or website features that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Website”). Klique is a brand, product, or service name used by the Company.

This Privacy Policy applies to Website visitors and people who interact with Website forms, marketing pages, advertising campaigns, events, resource downloads, or similar Website features. It does not replace any separate agreement, data processing agreement, product privacy notice, service terms, license terms, or customer contract that governs any of the Company’s products or services.

1. Who Is Responsible for Your Information

The Company is responsible for the operation of the Website and for the processing of personal information described in this Privacy Policy, except where a third-party service acts as an independent controller under its own terms or privacy policy.

You may contact us about this Privacy Policy or your privacy rights at service@klique.ai.

3. Website Forms and HubSpot CRM

The Website may include contact, demo request, event, resource download, newsletter, or similar forms. Our current Website form and CRM workflow uses HubSpot. When you submit a form, the information you provide, such as name, work email, company name, and message, is sent to HubSpot CRM and made available to our internal sales, marketing, and business teams so that we can respond to your request, route the inquiry, manage CRM records, understand sales context, and communicate with you about Klique and other Company products, services, events, and resources.

HubSpot may also set or read cookies and similar technologies, including a visitor/session cookie such as hubspotutk, to associate a form submission with prior Website browsing activity and traffic source information. We use this information for internal sales and marketing context, lead management, and Website analytics. HubSpot does not receive form information for its own independent sale of your personal information from us, but it may process the information as our service provider and in accordance with applicable HubSpot terms and privacy documentation.
